It does come with an original factory box and foam packing material. This item is NOT refurbished. You can tell by the color and picture of the box. SquareTrade 3 year warranty is available for additional cost. Their prices are reasonable. Find out on their website. No tax. Only shipping in the USA. SHIPPING: We ship in the USA only. We use Fedex carrier. For Ground it will take about 4-5 business days to get there, about a week. If you are in California then it takes only 1-2 days. Ground: $100 Fedex insurance is included, which will cover lost or damaged package. No shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, too heavy. Signature is required for this package. Sorry we only use our shipping account. Tracking number will be sent via email on shipping day. No APO/military address. No shipping to USPS PO Box, only physical address. Front store mail etc PO box is ok because this package might require signature. PICK-UP SERVICE: Pick up is ok for this item, cash only, Orange County area. There will be no shipping charge but I will charge a $30 pickup fee.
